John Pollock is a retired Infantryman and seasoned business development executive with over two decades of experience leading teams, building partnerships, and driving growth in the defense sector.

 

As the founder of AmmoPoint International, John bridges the gap between innovation and execution—connecting manufacturers, defense contractors, and international buyers through strategic market entry, precision manufacturing, and joint venture development. Growing up as a military brat and later serving a full career as an infantryman, John embodies disciplined attention to detail, adaptability, and a relentless focus on getting the mission done.

 

Before launching AmmoPoint International, John served as Director of Business Development for some of the largest tactical and government contracting companies in the United States, where he led federal and international military capture efforts and expanded global distribution channels. His results speak for themselves—consistent growth, successful tender pursuits, and partnerships that deliver measurable impact.

 

At AmmoPoint, John continues to lead with the same ethos that guided his military career: integrity, accountability, and mission success. His firm provides tailored consulting in market entry, international sales strategy, additive manufacturing, SBIR/STTR support, and channel development—empowering clients to achieve operational and f inancial objectives in the fast-evolving defense landscape.
